I was invited again to be on the jury for Franca Sozzani's Who's On Next competition, part of Rome's couture week, Alta Roma.
This is the third time I've been part of this event - and it really is brilliant how the whole industry is behind it. Franca goes through thousands of applications to pick the finalists.
This year Angelos Bratis won for his beautiful technique and Stella Jean came second - for her contemporary ideas and passion. Cote pictured above won the prize from Yoox.com too.
The gala dinner was held in the Vatican Museum and we were given a private tour of it and the Cistine Chapel. What an amazing experience! See the picture above of me with other members of the jury - Tiziana Cardini, Mark Holgate, Suzy Menkes - also on the panel were Averyl Oates, Terron Schaefer, Geodfrey Deeney and many others.
